Keepourlive--"Mild Smoking" or also known as smoking just a few cigarettes a day that also can increase the risk of inflammatory diseases of the joints (arthritis), especially in women. As reported in a study conducted in Sweden, researchers found that women who smoke even with a very small amount in a day it still has a high risk for exposure to arthritis.


This study followed 30,000 women over a period of 7 years, to see whether smoking may increase the risk of arthritis. After 7 years showed that the smoke as much as 1 to 7 cigarettes in one day can increase the risk for arthritis as much as twice (2.31 times) in comparison with women who didn't smoke.


Although these studies still needs to be conducted further research to explain how the process of arthritis, and doesn't explain the differences between the gender, but this study is very good for public health because it can eliminate the thoughts and paradigms in which there is a level safe number of cigarettes to smoke. Smoking in addition can increase the risk of arthritis, "light smoke" is also often associated with an increased risk of lung cancer, heart disease, and stroke.


Because numerous studies linking the adverse effects of smoking, especially in women, the authors recommend to immediately stop smoking, especially for women, a lot of studies that relations beetwen cigarette with a higher deaths rate, there is no influence between the number of cigarettes because of the one cigarette can be dangerous to yourselves !!!
