Do these checks in front of the mirror, see if your breasts symmetrical, whether there is a lump, whether there is a withdrawal or discharge skin. Do palpability in all parts of the breast from the base to the nipple. Look for lumps or areas that may feel pain when pressed. Do these checks regularly, so you can know the slightest change.
